Statement of the jury of the Housing Empowerment Competition
(first stage)
After receiving the ideas and reviewing the documents submitted by the Secretariat, the jury of the Empowerment Competition in Provision of Housing (first stage) convened a meeting on 12/20/1399 to review the detailed dimensions of the ideas received based on the classification and report of the Secretariat. Out of a total of 37 received ideas, the following three ideas are selected as the best and selected ideas by all the members of the jury and are announced as receiving the award.

Selected number two: Idea number 129: Mohammad Fath Ali Group (flexible housing based on prefabricated industry)
Selected number three: Idea number 111: Navid Ganji (online crowdfunding platform to build social housing)
The jury, while appreciating all the participants, considering the thematic diversity and valuable capabilities of the other ideas received, suggests that the two groups, including the following ideas, advance to the second stage of the competition and the esteemed employer of this program, Provide ideas in describing the operational dimensions. The first group consists of ideas with the capacity and ability to become architectural designs and the second group of selected ideas in the fields of technology, management, planning and economics with appropriate capabilities to be implemented in related fields.
